Hello readers today I will be telling you a little bit about the zones of regulation. Red zone- you feel angry, out of control, throwing, elated. I cant control myself wene I'm in the red zone and for coping skills I sing. yellow zone- frustrated, panic. I do breathing wene I fell frustrated. Green zone- happy, calm. I would play. blue zone-sad.

Hi Laura, thanks for sharing your understanding about the zones of regulations.I'm pleased that you have a strategy to sing when you are in the red zone. This sounds like a great idea. It is a little hard to be out of control when you are singing isn't it! It would be great to see some images to go with your post.
ReplyDeletehi Mrs Mclachlan thanks for the comment. I do sing in all the zones you know. and I don,t know what kind of pictures to put with this I,l see if I can put a image of me singing.
